I am the Program Manager for Ochsner Health’s Built Environment Studio. Ochsner Health is the leading nonprofit healthcare provider in the Gulf South, with over 46 hospitals and more than 370 health and urgent care centers. Ochsner’s Built Environment Studio transforms and elevates the overall patient experience of Ochsner’s built environments by serving as the system’s team of experiential design experts who plan and implement strategic solutions to connect patients, information, and environments.

My team maintains and develops Ochsner’s system signage standards, wayfinding methodology, and signage asset management system with a goal of creating a consistent user experience throughout the entire healthcare system. We design sign systems to unify Ochsner locations and accommodate future growth by prioritizing the patient experience without compromising brand standards, compliance, and function.

I am responsible for managing the planning, execution, and delivery of all studio projects while overseeing the design process from ideation to implementation.
