Bethany Joy Foss

Bethany is a graduate from the Kansas City Art Institute Graphic Design and Art History Departments currently working as a senior experience designer at HOK, a global design, architecture, engineering and planning firm.

Her interest in design crosses disciplines to embrace creative expression that articulates emotion, inspires purpose and celebrates beauty. She is most interested in exploring the relationship between art and design within the context of physical space through custom installations that express narrative and identity.

Bethany offers a diverse range of experience centered on curating unique brand expression through her work on developing global brands, designing the brand experience for retail and corporate spaces, as well as writing for a popular design website and teaching spatial experience at The Kansas City Art Institute. Her approach has been carried out across a range of workplace, commercial, hospitality, education, sports, wellness and healthcare projects.
