I love a smooth-sailing ship (tight project management and processes) but have mastered the role of Captain or Mate – with a consistent track record of navigating choppy and/or uncharted waters (overcoming highly ambiguous company/client endeavors). I also have an avid affection for analogies and alliterations.

THE SECRET SAUCE
