The Design Minds is proud to be part of the team bringing a new visitor experience to the Lincoln Memorial undercroft in Washington, DC. This transformation highlights authentic and untold stories about the creation of the memorial, with a special focus on the workers who built it.
In collaboration with the National Park Service and RLMG, The Design Minds designed an inclusive and immersive experience that connects visitors to the ongoing story of progress in the United States. The interpretation showcases the contrast between the pristine chamber above and the raw undercroft below, deepening the understanding of the memorial’s symbolism and meaning.
