SKOLNICK Architecture + Design Partnership, an integrated architecture and design firm based in NYC, is excited about their recent project with New York Edge, a non-profit organization, serving over 40,000 NYC public school students in underinvested communities by providing programs designed to improve academic performance, health and wellness, self-confidence, and leadership skills for success in life. SKOLNICK created a new 20,000 square feet office headquarters for NY Edge that serves as a central hub for over 100 employees.

Our approach to creating a cohesive design for the diversity of activities undertaken by NYE was to create an immersive space by using color-coded zones to enhance a sense of community. This visually appealing environment offers a clear organizational structure to the programmatic layout of their new office.
