SignAgent Launches Meet the Waymakers Podcast

SignAgent has launched Meet the Waymakers, a new podcast highlighting the people and ideas shaping the signage and wayfinding profession.

Hosted by James Bosma, Vice President of Marketing at SignAgent, the series explores career-defining projects, emerging trends, and the role thoughtful wayfinding plays in creating intuitive, inclusive spaces.

The premiere episode features Jonathan Mugmon, Principal and Wayfinding Director at Populous and author of The Science of Wayfinding. Drawing on more than 30 years of experience, Mugmon discusses human-centered navigation, audience behavior, cultural context, and designing for complex built environments. He also previews the design bootcamp his team will lead at the 2026 SEGD Conference Experience Kansas City.
