api(+) Brings Modern Italian Ambiance to OLIVIA St. Petersburg
The new OLIVIA in downtown St. Petersburg offers a refined take on modern Italian dining. api(+) collaborated with restaurateur Chris Ponte to evolve the brand’s identity in a vibrant urban setting.
Located at the base of a new apartment complex, the design needed to work within a compact site. api(+) created a layout that optimizes efficiency while elevating the guest experience.
The material palette features walnut, travertine, and dark metal, capturing OLIVIA’s warm and upscale feel. A sculptural bar and intimate alcoves add flexibility for daily service and private events.
This project reflects api(+)’s strength in brand translation and experiential design for hospitality environments. It brings a fresh atmosphere to St. Petersburg’s culinary scene while staying true to OLIVIA’s roots.
