ArchitecturePlus International Welcomes Luke DeRosa to api(+)

ArchitecturePlus International, api(+), has announced that Luke DeRosa has joined the firm. The multidisciplinary design and architecture firm specializes in grocery, specialty retail, restaurant, and retail center environments.
DeRosa brings experience in interior design and architecture. In addition, he has worked with both boutique and large-scale firms. This gives him a broad view of design across project types and scales.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from the University of Bridgeport. He also earned a Master of Architecture from Parsons School of Design. There, his training focused on collaboration across disciplines.
Before relocating to Tampa, DeRosa began his career in New York City. At api(+), he now supports project design, presentation materials, construction documents, and construction administration. As a result, he contributes across several phases of the design process.
DeRosa also holds associate memberships in the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID). Additionally, he is an active NCARB graduate architect. Outside of work, he plays with his Tampa Bay Club Sport volleyball team.
“Luke’s dual expertise in architecture and interior design is exactly the kind of versatility our integrated practice is built on,” said Juan Romero, CEO of api(+). “He’s creative, collaborative, and genuinely committed to quality work. A great complement to our team and an asset to our clients.”
With DeRosa joining the team, ArchitecturePlus International continues to strengthen its integrated practice. Moreover, his experience adds useful design flexibility to api(+)’s work in retail and hospitality environments.
