ROOM FOR MAGIC is a strategy and design studio rooted in purpose, practice, and possibility. We help visionary organizations reimagine how they engage their communities, transforming insight into action through research, storytelling, and design. We believe in magic, not in illusions–but in a space of unseen possibilities, one of deep listening, co-dreaming, and becoming. At our core, we excel at clarifying values, expressing missions with intention, and crafting experiences that resonate across mediums and moments. We’re especially drawn to projects that ask bold questions and imagine new ways forward. Like our work with the World Peace Foundation, where we translated over a century of justice-informed research into a modular, accessible digital platform with a revitalized brand identity. Or our creative direction for the Jordan Lux Campaign, which transformed everyday spaces into cultural sanctuaries for BIPOC creatives, offering a more intimate, relational model for a household-name brand activation.

Much of our work happens behind the scenes—helping partners see themselves more clearly, communicate with intention, and build trust with their audience—whether that’s bringing community voices to the forefront for the National Memorial for the Underground Railroad, or helping organizations like SEGD redefine their legacy and vision for the decades ahead.
