SEGD Charlotte Chapter | The Spaces in Between—Poster Design Workshop

To celebrate International Design Day, join us for a hands-on, interactive poster-making workshop exploring this year’s theme: “The Spaces in Between.” Design lives in the moments between people—between ideas, conversations, and shared experiences. Posters have long been tools for connection: helping movements find their voice, sparking dialogue, and bringing communities together. Using reclaimed art supplies—stamps, crayons, markers, collage materials, and more—we will create posters responding to prompts about connection, community, and the spaces where design brings people together. Expect a relaxed, experimental atmosphere where creativity becomes common ground and new conversations emerge. All are welcome.
