A creative International Design Day Event at Mercury Mosaics and Bedding/Blanket Drive

As part of the global celebration of International Design Day, we are excited to gather at Mercury Mosaics for an afternoon of socializing, networking, and creativity!

Over snacks and beverages, you will be given a creative challenge using some of Mercury Mosaics beautiful, locally made tile to create a custom tile trivet you will be able to take home with you.

In addition to the creative event, we will also be collecting bedding for a fantastic local cause, My Very Own Bed, a Twin Cities nonprofit that provides new beds to children ages 2–17 who are moving into stable housing. Since 2014, the organization has delivered more than 8,500 beds and Dream Kits to children in our own community!

We are collecting new items:

• Throw blankets

• Twin size sheets

• Twin size blankets or comforters (including no-sew tie blankets)

• Twin size mattress protectors

• Pillows

• St￭ animals
