SEGD Charlotte Chapter | Commonwealth Tour

Please join your local SEGD Chapter for an exclusive tour of Commonwealth, a vibrant new mixed-use destination in the heart of Plaza Midwood. The property brings together residences, new-to-market retail and dining experiences, and the future headquarters of Scout Motors, providing new life for this former industrial site.

Cooper Carry, the project’s Experiential Graphic Designer, will lead the tour and share design insights, with additional perspectives from Southwood Corporation, the project sign fabricator, and LandDesign, the project Landscape Architect. Following the tour, we’ll continue the conversation with a social gathering at Legion Brewing.
