American Sign Language (ASL)
We currently do not provide ASL interpretation services; however, they can be arranged upon request. If you need an interpreter for sessions or networking events, please contact us at least one week prior to the conference to ensure your needs are accommodated.

A quiet, sensory-friendly room will be available for attendees who need a space to recharge. Access to this location can be arranged at the SEGD Xlab registration counter upon request.
Tours and Mobility
Transportation to and from each lab studio tour is on your own.
Mercer Labs (map) Mercer Labs is fully ADA compliant, ensuring a comfortable visit for everyone. The venue is equipped with elevators and accessible restrooms, and service animals are welcome, making it an inclusive destination for all visitors.
G&A Lab (map) G&A is committed to ADA compliance in order to provide an accessible, welcoming environment for visitors. The studio has elevator access and an open floor plan that is easy to navigate. We warmly welcome service animals and have designed our spaces to accommodate visitors with diverse mobility needs. Our goal is to ensure every guest can comfortably enjoy and participate in our studio experience.
The Lab at Rockwell Group (map) Rockwell Group is committed to providing a workspace that is fully compliant with federal, state, and local laws that require employers to provide a reasonable accommodation to disabled employees in accordance with all applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Social Networking Mixer
Our evening networking event will be held at a rooftop venue. The location will be provided to event attendees one week prior to the event or you can contact Rachel Moran at rachel@segd.org to request the address due to accessibility assistance. Transportation to and from the venue is on your own and can be accessed by car, train, and on foot. The mixer venue is approximately a 20-minute walk from TAD and is ADA accessible. The building, including the venue bathroom, is fully accessible, with an elevator and a ramp at the front entry lobby. Service animals are permitted.
Covid-19 Information
Masking is welcome but not required at the SEGD Xlab Studio Sessions New York. If you have any symptoms or if you should be isolated, please do not attend the event.
