A serial entrepreneur by trade, Andrew Salzbrun returned to his hometown after extended stints in Atlanta, GA. Upon his return, Salzbrun branded and revitalized local non-profit restaurant Venice on Vine, as well as initiated the expansion of Final Friday art gallery walks in the Gateway Quarter. A partner in Experiential agency the AGAR, Andrew leverages human experiences, event production, digital platforms, music, art, and content design to grow a brand’s culture. Andrew Salzbrun is also a partner in the Hickory Wald hospitality group based in Cincinnati, OH. With a portfolio of bars and restaurants, their group focuses on planting flags in communities to foster both economic and social growth in that neighborhood.

A leader in the entrepreneurial community in Cincinnati, Andrew is a founding member of Unpolished, a platform for entrepreneurs to explore the intersection of faith and entrepreneurship. With its 4,000 members, Unpolished provides a home for entry-level to mature entrepreneurs to foster and grow their business. Native to Cincinnati, OH and an active member of the OTR community, through social, philanthropic and business activities over the past seven years. Andrew's involvement with the OTR Chamber of Commerce, The Central Vine Street Business District and The Cincinnati Regional Chamber of Commerce has allowed him to develop a network that spurs economic development and create lasting impact in the communities he touches. Additionally, Andrew Salzbrun serves the Pendleton Neighborhood Council in the role of Vice President, with board seats at Walnut Hills High School, "The 50" at the Contemporary Arts Center and previously at the Taft Museum of Art.

M&L Virtual Event a Success

What began as a live management and leadership event in Cincinnati became SEGD’s first full-day virtual event offering—complete with virtual tote bag!

On Thursday April 23 and Friday April 24, amidst sheltering in place, SEGD’s “Management & Leadership: Take 20” gave a virtual stage to 19 local and international speakers, in service of 86 participants, from design students to thought leaders.
