A Look Back: The U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Museum Virtual Tour
It’s July 2021 and the 2020 Tokyo Summer Olympics are almost here! In celebration SEGD is revisiting the stunning virtual tour of the U.S Olympic & Paralympic Museum that premiered at the 2020 Exhibition + Experience event.
Listed as one of the top places to visit in 2020 by The New York Times, and “A Champion in Accessible Design” by Smithsonian Magazine, the USOPM is one of the most advanced and accessible museums in the world. The exclusive tour is led by the USOPM development team along with partners CREO, Gallagher & Associates and Centre Screen; and guides Paralympian Michael Tagliapietra and Four-Time Olympian Hunter Kemper.
You can watch this in-depth tour virtually now as a primer to next month’s behind-the-scenes in person tours of some of the newest museums and exhibits in the Washington DC area as day one of our SEGD 2021 Exhibition+Experience symposium.
As part of our 2021 E+E event, SEGD will be hosting local DC tours of the International Spy Museum (sponsored by Kubik Maltbie), The National Museum of the United States Army and others to be announced early next week, so get ready to save your space! You can sign up for the virtual SEGD 2021 E+E symposium here.
