Solid Light Expands Executive Leadership Team
Veteran leadership reinforces firm strategy, client commitment, and future vision.
Solid Light, Inc., a nationally recognized full-service experiential design, planning, and fabrication firm, today announced the expansion of its executive leadership team with the appointments of Mike Marnell as Chief Operating Officer, and Ben Jett as Chief Creative Officer.

The moves highlight Solid Light’s commitment to internal talent and reflect a strategic effort to continuously elevate client experience. Marnell and Jett have spent years building departments and managing cross-functional teams. They have also guided major client initiatives. Together, they bring deep institutional knowledge and proven, client-focused leadership to their new roles.
Marnell previously led Solid Light’s Fabrication department. As COO, he will oversee company-wide operations and streamline project delivery. He will also align internal workflows and support smooth execution across client and partner engagements.
As CCO, Jett will continue to lead the Creative department. He will also guide the firm’s creative strategy. His work will advance design that supports authentic storytelling and engages audiences.
