As the founding member and president of Formation, Philip LeBlanc has more than 20 years of experience specialized in designing for complex environments ranging from professional sports stadiums, retail developments, to healthcare campuses. His purpose is to initiate change that fosters understanding, intention and creativity in the world. Philip’s focus is to build brands that communicate emotion, values and purpose through genuine personal experiences. His work strives to embody the latest and greatest of our industry, openly and actively grow and share our knowledge and resources, and demonstrate ethics and care for each other, our community, our clients and our work.
Philip LeBlanc’s body of work includes orchestrating visitor experience master plans, wayfinding audits and comprehensive updates to destination nomenclature. He has established himself as a trusted advisor in the experiential design profession and has served as the SEGD Houston Chapter Chair.
