Anne Houghton is Vice President of Sales Strategy and Creative at Moss and a current 2025 SEGD Board Member. With a background in human-centered design and two decades of experience leading creative teams, Anne is a design leader who blends insight-driven strategy with creative execution to help brands connect, communicate, and grow through physical space.

At Moss, she leads client strategy and brand marketing across the company’s core markets: branded environments, retail, exhibits, and events. Her role centers on building enduring client partnerships and shaping design-driven solutions that deliver both emotional impact and measurable business value.

Anne earned her BFA in Industrial Design from the University of Illinois and began her career designing for face-to-face experiences before moving into national leadership roles. She has partnered with global brands like McDonald’s, Wyndham Worldwide, Microsoft, and Takeda, and currently cultivates strategic relationships with Gensler, Interior Architects, Skender, Ace Hardware, and Levi’s.

Anne bridges creative vision with business outcomes, leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver brand experiences grounded in data, human behavior, and market insight. She sees branded environments as powerful platforms for connection, commerce, and brand loyalty. As a strategist, collaborator, and advocate for purposeful design, Anne is passionate about elevating the role of design in shaping human experience and driving business forward.
