Maria Felenyuk

Maria Felenyuk is an Environmental Graphic Designer at IA Interior Architects in Washington, DC.
Maria Felenyuk has been involved in the development of a number of notable exhibits across the country. Her ten years of experience in all phases of the design process lend valuable insight to her work as an environmental graphic designer. Her particular strength is concept development of built environment, as she loves figuring out how a story can lead the design of a space and create a memorable experience for a visitor.
Before she joined IA Interior Architects in 2014, Maria Felenyuk worked for Gallagher & Associates as a Senior designer responsible for development of visuals for museum environments using most current fabrication techniques. She was involved in all phases of the project from concept design and presentation materials to final production and installation. Maria managed junior graphic designers on multiple projects and worked collaboratively with writers, exhibit designers, historians and curators to develop interpretive experiences and environmental graphics.

Maria earned her Bachelor of Science (BS) in Graphic Design from the University of Cincinnati. While at Cincinnati she interned at Jack Rouse Associates and Hunt Design.
