Member Since
Hello. My name is Lisé (pronounced Lis-say). In my professional career, I’ve had the privilege of working for Marriott Vacations Worldwide developing environmental graphics for vacation club membership sales galleries, creating brand identities for retail ancillary resort businesses, and designing wayfinding and identification signs for resorts. In my personal life, I relish the travel my work has provided and consider myself an excursion enthusiast. I enjoy the process of learning, but also love to explore new territories, whether it’s through travel, ideas, or food. When I’m not indulging, I enjoy weight lifting and maintaining my certifications in Personal Training, Fitness Nutrition, and Corrective Exercise.
Ask me about
Ask me about genealogy. Spoiler alert: we’re all related! I bring this ideology into my work as I seek to connect the dots or find the common denominator. It’s not a matter of if, but how.
My super power is
My Super Power is that I think differently. With an education in business/marketing and graphic design, and 15 years of experience working as an Art Director, I always consider a project from multiple perspectives. This often leads to unconsidered options or a unique solution.
I'm looking for
I am currently seeking full-time employment doing what I love and what I do best: creating environments that connect people to place.
What I love about experience design
I love polar opposites and anything that has a dual purpose. This can be observed in some of my designs. I admire high-contrast design in everything from fashion to interiors. I also appreciate a good play on words or multipurpose tool. I find dichotomous design to be both playful and clever.
Best piece of advice I've ever heard
Never give up! The night is darkest just before the dawn.
Where I find Inspiration
I find inspiration in the beauty of sunshine, nature, photography, architecture, fashion, and well-crafted items and experiences.
