With a background in design, Zoë thrives on helping to deliver large scale projects for clients with equally big ambitions.
Over the last seven years at DNCO she has managed Television Centre’s £10 million marketing budget, helped launch the brand for Birmingham’s creative neighbourhood, Digbeth, and delivered the Museum of the Home’s repositioning, naming, rebrand and wayfinding as part of a £18.1 million capital project.
Over the last two years Zoë has transitioned into the role of Wayfinding Director where she has overseen exciting projects from the award-winning wayfinding strategy and design for the V&A’s seven miles of galleries in South Kensington to the complex multilingual external wayfinding scheme for the European Parliament in Brussels.
Zoë has a passion for making places more welcoming, inclusive or profitable than when she found them; whether that’s through brand strategy, design or wayfinding.
