Vince DeSantis has been in his present role with Icon for the past 6 years.

Before that he was Vice President of Project Management where he was responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts with revenue totaling 25 million annually. His responsibilities included development and management of a Project Team of 25 employees. Employees were based in the home office as well as satellite offices in California, Florida, Pennsylvania, and New York. The positions primary objectives included developing customer relations to sustain and increase market share, meeting organizational margin goals, developing monthly and annual forecast/budgets, managing working capital/inventory and cash flow/A/R objectives.

Vince DeSantis is a graduate of the Keller Graduate School of Management where he completed his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and Western Illinois University where he studied Healthcare Administration, Finance and Management.
