Big smiles, a hearty laugh, the quest for big ideas, and great design is Tysonn Betts; Right Brain to the Business at Procter & Gamble, who is a passionate and recognized connector within the community. Most recently presented as a graduate of Leadership Cincinnati, class 42, Tysonn juggles his attention and commitment between his professional, community, and family obligations including 5 children- two who are students at Walnut Hills High School and one, a student at Bowling Green State University; who along with his wife, all reside in Clifton.
A creative provocateur, and 20+ year veteran to the businesses of P&G; Tysonn provides strategic leadership for the holistic integration of end to end design. Tysonn has helped design, build, and launch some of the company’s biggest brands and iconic initiatives; where his work has been recognized both internally, and within the industry.
Enthusiastically involved in the design and arts community, Tysonn is proud to be one of Cincinnati’s Contemporary Art Center’s inaugural 50; enabling free admission to the CAC, serves as Board President at the Art Academy of Cincinnati, and Alumni Advisor at Maryland Institute College of Art, as well as current and past board service at Cincinnati Public Radio, Breakthrough Cincinnati, and Elementz (urban arts center)- where he has partnered with industry, educational and corporate partners to spearheaded new thinking and facilitate action to address and build greater diversity within the design industry.
A southerner at heart, and country boy at his core, -simple pleasures like a long run on a sunny day, or a seat in the side yard with 3 fingers of Kentucky’s finest are neither lost, nor in abundance for this busy firebrand!
