Tom Donnelly's 35 year career in environmental graphic design includes the design and management of many significant transit, corporate and public sign programs in domestic and international venues. His project meld wayfinding information into the building architecture in a careful, intuitive way, resulting in a cohesive overall architectural statement.

Donnelly Design is an environmental graphic design and branding firm, working at the intersection of Design, Wayfinding, Branding and Place. Areas of emphasis include sign programs for aviation, corporate, public and other challenging wayfinding environments, sign guidelines, and content development to aid in wayfinding and information distribution.
Projects range in scope from single, key sign elements to extensive systems of signs and graphics implemented in phases over time.

Donnelly Design’s primary goal is to provide the right design solution for each client, not to design projects which necessarily win design competitions. We strive to design unique yet practical solutions which project identity, clearly present information and are easy to maintain and update.

Tom Donnellyhas been an active member of The Society for Experiential Graphic Design and was named a Distinguished Member for his work as the Regional Representative for Northern California.
