After working 30 years in the pharmaceutical industry in senior management including the opportunity of being a co-founder of Glaxo, now known as GlaxoSmithKline, a pharmaceutical company based in North Carolina, Thomas Hudgin retired in 1991 and formed his own company, Wilmington Quality Associates.
