The firm also recently completed a trade show exhibit for Brookfield at ICSC’s RECON show and new signage programs for Four Winds Casino in Michigan and the Atlanta Financial Center.

Penn South is a large-scale residential complex located on ten square blocks in Manhattan's Chelsea district. Originally constructed in the 1950s, the complex underwent major building and landscape renovations in 2002. While improvements were made to infrastructure, sidewalks, landscaping, and lighting, the owners recognized the need for a new wayfinding program to help residents and visitors navigate this urban campus. Responding to the client's request, Poulin + Morris designed a comprehensive sign program unifying all of the various structures and outdoor common spaces.
The Alesari project originated with a senior/graduate-level special topics environmental design course at Kent State University. Design students in David Middleton's class teamed with architecture students from the Illinois Institute of Technology and real estate MBA students from The DePaul Real Estate Center in Chicago. Teams of students from each of the three schools worked together in several interdisciplinary groups during the 15-week course, via weekly videoconferences and two in-person group meetings at IIT.

In a high-rise apartment building in Shenzhen, China, the lobby is an important buffer zone between the outside world and the interior, and also sets the tone for the design style within.
One Plus Partnership Ltd. envisioned the lobby of the Mellon Town building as a container for the spirit of Chinese culture. The lobby evokes bamboo, that ubiquitous icon of Chinese culture, with a dramatically green palette, flooring, lighting, and residents’ mailboxes. The design team also used the green/bamboo theme to stimulate thought about sustainability and green design.
