SEGD Raleigh had the opportunity to talk with North Carolina State University College of Design seniors about Experiential Graphic Design on Wednesday, October 16, 2019. SEGD Raleigh representatives educated the students on unique career paths they could explore with their future graphic design degrees.

A huge thank you to Modulex Carolinasfor hosting the tour of The Dillon, and Kane Realtyfor being our tour guide. The Dillon has become a pillar of the Raleigh skyline, with an unbeatable view of downtown. It is a vibrant showcase of what architecture can represent in the south, and how historic roots can be preserved in modern design. It was fascinating to see how many elements of the old structure were kept alive, and the authenticity of all the repurposed objects.
A huge 'thank you' goes out to the Koroseal Digital + WeaveUpfor hosting such a creative and colorful event. The maker-space vibe at WeaveUp garnered oooh’s and ahhh’s from the SEGD RDU crowd. Laura Cavendar with Koroseal and Steve De Santis with WeaveUp created a pre-event design activity for the attendees.
