Jeremy has worked in CRITFC’s Public Information Office for 24 years in a variety of positions and roles. He is currently the Communications Director, tasked with helping shape and disseminate external and internal communications for the organization. He is responsible for maintaining the organization’s website, social media presence, media relations, and communications with tribal fishers and tribal members both on- and off-reservation.

Precious Bugarin is a creative director and educator. For over 25 years she’s used design as a language for equity to connect nonprofits to supporters, students to design aspirations, entrepreneurs to bigger audiences and diverse voices through creative events. Her experience as a first generation Filipino American, small business owner, teacher and mother have highly informed her work. She’s collaborated with numerous organizations and businesses including: the City of Portland, Council, Design Portland, Instrument, Mercy Corps, Nike, NWRESD, PBOT and Write Around Portland among others.

Cleo Davis is currently an artist-in-residence at the City of Portland Archives, co-Artist of the Historic Black Williams Art Project and the Alberta Street Black Heritage markers. Davis combines disciplines of cultural and creative arts while utilizing design, historic preservation, economic development and city policy.

Andee Hess is the founder of interior design firm Osmose Design, based in Portland, Oregon. With an all-encompassing design approach—custom furniture and lighting are regular extensions of her work- Osmose continuously collaborates with new artisans and industries. Architectural Digest calls Andee “Portland’s Secret Design Weapon,” and her work is featured in T: The New York Times Style Magazine, Interior Design, Wallpaper*, Dwell, Metropolis, and numerous social outlets.

Alper Yurtseven, SEGD, IDSA

Alper Yurtseven, SEGD, IDSA is a senior experiential graphic designer and project manager at Mayer/Reed in Portland, Oregon. His work is focused on signage and wayfinding design for PDX Next, a major renovation and expansion of the Portland International airport spanning multiple architectural teams and construction companies. With a background in industrial design, he brings to his work both a creative and technical understanding of form giving.
