Smita Modi graduated from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) Degree in Design and Visual Communications. She also has a a BFA in Interior Design from CEPT University.

Before joining Perkins+Will, Smita Modi worked for Carol Naughton of Naughton + Associates for four years before joining Perkins+Will in Chicago.

Cary Lancaster has been with Perkins+Will for seven years. While at Perkins+Will Cary Lancaster has been involved in projects involving signage and wayfinding as well as branded environments. She has also worked on brand strategies, image strategies, design presentations and environmental graphics.

Cary Lancaster completed her BS degree in Interior Design at the University of Cincinnati.
