What can we do, as experiential graphic designers, to better support the stewardship of the Earth and the sustainability of the natural environment? To help answer this question, SEGD is presenting a series of video talks originally recorded for the 2020 SEGD Exhibition + Experience Conference. Next up is Kenneth Lavocara (explorer/paleontologist/author) who presents “Everything Matters: Why Scientists and Designers Need Each Other.”

How Soon is Now? Designing Change

The Society for Experiential Graphic Design (SEGD) brought together multidisciplinary designers from around the world for the first comprehensive and virtual multi-day event dedicated to exhibition and experience design. This series, entitled How Soon Is Now? Designing Change, focused on the current state of museum design processes and practices, and will examine how designers, storytellers and artists create experiences in the physical and virtual realms for audiences of varied backgrounds, ethnicities, abilities, and ages.
