Cooper Hewitt, Smithsonian Design Museum Signage

In December 2014, following a three-year renovation that has restored the historic Andrew Carnegie Mansion and increased the museum’s exhibition space by 60 percent, the Cooper Hewitt, Smithsonian Design Museum reopened to the public. Pentagram’s Michael Gericke and Eddie Opara have collaborated on the graphics for the revitalized institution, including a bold new graphic identity, website, signage, wayfinding, and exhibition graphics.

Grace Farms Signage and Wayfinding

Located on 80 open acres of lush, rolling meadows, woods, and wetlands in New Canaan, Connecticut, Grace Farms provides a place for people to experience nature, foster community, pursue social justice and explore the connections between art and faith, all while immersed in a beautiful landscape. A complex system of signage and environmental graphics for the Grace Farms building and grounds has been developed by Pentagram, expanding on the design of the institution’s identity and website.
