This is a first for SEGD to get an article published about Experiential Graphic Design and part of an on-going effort to get the profession recognized by the bureau of labor statistics.

Goodbye from Jill Ayers, Outgoing SEGD President

Jill Ayers, Outgoing President of SEGD

I can’t believe two years have flown by. I write this note as I exit my presidency and welcome in 2016. I am incredibly grateful for this experience and for all of the amazing people I was able to meet and collaborate with. Through the generous support of our sponsors, partners and members, SEGD continues to be the authority for the world of Experiential Graphic Design.

A Strong and Expanding SEGD Community

2015 SEGD Conference Past Presidents

The 2015 SEGD Conference: Experience Chicago is over and according to most of the attendees the staff came into contact with, this one was the best, one of the best, awesome, fantastic--you name the adjective; people seemed to really enjoy it. Chicago delivered incredible sunny days, riverboat tours of the city's architecture, and receptions out on the river walk. All these city-based activities provided great opportunities for people to get to know each other and connect.

Spring Into Summer Events!

Happy Spring! I hope everyone is having a productive season, feeling inspired every bit of the way. From talking to members over the last few months, it appears that people are busier than ever and that’s a great thing. We recently held our quarterly board meeting at the RTKL offices in downtown Los Angeles, where we reviewed several planning issues for 2015, including our strategic plan.
