A graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design, Michael is an award-winning creative director whose work has been recognized by myriad industry organizations including the AIGA, Art Directors Club, the Society of Publication Designers, Print and Communication Arts magazines.

Cooper Carry’s move to expand its restaurant design and hospitality interiors practice through The Johnson Studio at COOPER CARRY comes after the two design firms joined forces earlier this year. The Johnson Studio at Cooper Carry is currently working on twenty projects across the U.S. and the Caribbean.

Jessica Kaising is a Graphic Designer at BHDP, an award-winning international architectural firm with offices in Cincinnati and Columbus, Ohio and Raleigh, N.C.. She received a Bachelor of Science (BS), Graphic Communication Design from the University of Cincinnati.

Previously, Jessica Kaising was an Hospitality Environmental Graphic Design Intern at FRCH Design Worldwide. There, she designed in the hospitality studio on projects that included environmental brand building, renderings and elevation drawings, 3D modeling, design and shop drawings, and installation plans.

Adrian Levin, Levin Silbert

Adrian Levin is a principal with Levin Silbert, an international design firm specializing in branding and communications for architectural environments and public spaces.

With a background in architecture from his native Buenos Aires and communication design in New York, Adrian Levin has more than 25 years of professional experience in visual communications and branding programs for architectural environments.

Alison Richings, Endpoint

Alison Richings is Wayfinding Design Director of Endpoint.

For Alison Richings, wayfinding is her vocation. She has always been fascinated by human behaviour – why we make the decisions we do, how the environment impacts on that, and how we can make things better for all concerned. When you get that right, it can be hugely rewarding. No more so than in the field of Health, which is where she started in wayfinding. Alison was part of the team that researched and wrote the national NHS guidelines on wayfinding.

Jaimie Karsan is a Wayfinding Designer and Strategist at Endpoint.

One of the best things about Jaimie Karsan's role is the variety, which is why she like to keep on top of the ‘new’ across the creative industries. Trends research, design innovation, new ways of working – she finds it all captivating.

Peter Krikhaar, Endpoint

Peter Krikhaar is Managing Director of Endpoint in Dubai. As an experienced brand expert, he is passionate about the importance of brand implementation and how best to realise brand potential in the built environment, to enhance reputation and ultimately brand value. Peter has a background in business administration and was Director at VIM Group prior to Endpoint, delivering transformational brand change to many international blue-chip clients.
