Dusty Duistermars is a Senior Vice President and co-leader for JLL Corporate Solution’s Digital Advisory practice. His industry experience and expertise not only enable him to lead this growing practice, but to cultivate and enhance value, operational efficiencies and various workplace productivity gains for clients. Dusty brings a broad array of Corporate Real Estate experience and many years of cross functional practice in the areas of portfolio strategy and facilities technology.

Rebecca Tyke is Entrepreneur, Inventor, Demand Creator, Health Seeker and Passionate Being. Given the gift of being raised in a solution driven environment, Rebecca learned from an early age her responsibility to contribute. She worked in the family business since 1978 bringing products to market for 2/90 Sign Systems and before that as a toy tester and model for Little Tike Toys, her father's brainchild and namesake. She continues to solve her health issues by making better choices since her bout with cancer in 2006.

I have had the pleasure of being with SignComp for 13 years starting as a Regional Sales Manager, then as a National Sales Manager up to my current role as Vice President / Market Development. Overall I have been in the sign industry which I love for 30+ years. Starting as a young desktop publisher / sign designer who could actually hand paint letters, I was completely fascinated with where technology was taking hold in this industry so I joined a large sign company and worked my way up from the design department, fabrication & installation to management.
