Alpolic

Alpolic announced that it partnered with Rmax Operating, LLC, a continuous insulation supplier, to test an innovative ACM (aluminum composite material) wall assembly against the National Fire Protection Association 285 standard. The wall assembly, which utilizes Rmax TSX-8500 continuous insulation, passed the rigid NFPA 285 standard.

Calori & Vanden-Eynden Design Consultants

Calori & Vanden-Eynden Design Consultants (New York) recently completed environmental graphics and signage for the Swiftwater, Pa., campus of Sanofi Pasteur, the world's third largest pharmaceutical company. C&VE's branded signage system for the site includes dynamic signage, building identification signs, parking zone identification, street name and shuttle bus signs, and signs for exercise paths and walking trails.

Gallagher & Associates

Gallagher & Associates (Silver Spring, Md.) announced the opening of the new Mob Museum: Las Vegas Museum of Organized Crime and Law Enforcement, on February 14 (the anniversary of the infamous 1929 Valentine’s Day Massacre orchestrated by Al Capone). Gallagher was responsible for exhibition design in the museum, located in a landmark 41,000-sq.-ft. building on Stewart Avenue in Las Vegas. Exhibits take up 17,000 sq. ft. of the space.
