The Bernard M. Gordon Tribute to Engineering Leadership is an interactive archway located in the center of the Northeastern University campus in Boston. Selbert Perkins Design, in collaboration with Richard Lewis Media Group, Pressley Landscape Architecture, and Northeastern University, designed the portal to honor 11 groundbreaking engineers who revolutionized aerospace engineering, computer technology, and communications.
Fletcher Construction has large construction sites around New Zealand, with thousands of construction workers involved. To educate workers about how wearing the right safety gear can save their lives, Fletcher asked Studio Alexander (Auckland) to create a site safety education program using environmental graphics at the work sites.

VeloCity is a comprehensive system for helping convey information about bicycling resources to potential riders. Created by Erin Williams as her MFA thesis project in Visual Communication Design at the University of Washington, it focuses on urban bicycle commuting and uses the city of Seattle as a case study to test design and sociological conclusions.
As part of a larger courtyard renovation project, PUBLIC: Architecture was asked to create a visual expression of what it means to study arts at the University of British Columbia. Richard Poulin's long-awaited Graphic Design + Architecture, A 20th-Century History examines the often overlooked union of graphic design and the built environment in the context of artistic, social, and cultural movements and influences of the 20th century. Released in November 2012, Graphic Design + Architecture is the first publication of its kind to provide a detailed historical overview of the pairing of these two disciplines.
