District Burlington Entrance Identification
The District Burlington Environmental Graphics by Poulin + Morris

The District Burlington is a 13 building, 54-acre office complex in Burlington, Massachusetts, outside of Boston and part of the Route 128 high-tech corridor. The development, previously called the New England Executive Park, was built in the 1960s through the 1980s. While the location in the Boston area’s technology hub was highly desirable, the facilities were showing their age and no longer made sense for modern workplaces.

Grace Farms Signage and Wayfinding

Located on 80 open acres of lush, rolling meadows, woods, and wetlands in New Canaan, Connecticut, Grace Farms provides a place for people to experience nature, foster community, pursue social justice and explore the connections between art and faith, all while immersed in a beautiful landscape. A complex system of signage and environmental graphics for the Grace Farms building and grounds has been developed by Pentagram, expanding on the design of the institution’s identity and website.

Pike & Rose is a mixed-use neighborhood North Bethesda, Maryland. It will occupy over 32 acres when complete, with buildings ranging up to 20 stories. It’s approximately $1.5 billion in new construction and replaces an old strip shopping center with huge parking lots, a great exercise in East coast density and reuse.

Governors Island Signage

Governors Island is home to 172 acres of lush landscapes and picturesque paths where visitors can bike, picnic, lounge on hammocks, play sports, view art exhibitions, attend concerts and dance performances and explore historic buildings, all in view of the Manhattan skyline. Reachable only by ferry, the Island is a serene escape from the bustle of the city. A new set of signage and environmental graphics has been designed by Pentagram for the Island that guide visitors and enhance its unique sense of place.

Donor Recognition Projects Say Thank You with Style

Thank You. These may be the two most powerful words in any language.
For hospitals, cultural institutions, and other non-profits that rely on generous donors to help build that new research facility or contemporary art wing, saying “thank you” graciously is vital. Effective donor recognition programs say it eloquently, and forever.
