Since 1880, The Royal Canadian Academy of Arts has continued to represent many of Canada’s most distinguished visual artists and designers. The mission of the organization is to encourage younger generations, ensure the collection of works by living Canadian artists and host events for the exchange of ideas. Through a peer-driven process they also honor artists and designers who have achieved particular excellence and innovation in their field, with the coveted RCA distinction.

Passengers are increasingly opting for use of rideshare companies, such as Uber and Lyft, over traditional transportation options to travel to and from airports around the world, yet consistency is lacking at airports with regard to the wayfinding and passenger experience. In December 2017 the American Association of Airport Executives held a Solution Summit through its Airport Innovation Accelerator on the topic of ridesharing.

Trinity Metro’s Master Plan focuses on improving overall services and the customer experience. One of the steps in implementing the plan was contracting with CHK America, Inc. to deploy their Connectpoint® Digital Bus Stops at their busiest transit centers. CHK America worked closely with Trinity Metro to map out locations and determine product placement at each transfer point to empower riders who take nearly 7 million annual bus trips.

Daktronics (Brookings, S.D.) has continued a long-standing relationship with the University of Georgia to design, manufacture and install a new LED video display and Show Control System for Sanford Stadium. The new technology was installed prior to the G-Day Spring Game and will be fully debuted in the fall for the 2018 football season.
