José-Luis Vidalón is the Studio Director at Studio Joseph. He came to the US from Peru to take his Masters in Architecture from Parsons/The New School. Before working with Studio Joseph, he developed his skills at the offices of Diller Scofidio+Renfro and Leven Betts, working across disciplinary borders. José-Luis has led numerous architectural and exhibition projects, including a Welcome Center at the National Building Museum, the permanent galleries at the Museum of the City of New York, and “Americans” at the National Museum of the American Indian.

Vanessa Till Hooper has always believed there is a strong link between our physical environment and our state of mind, and have recently begun investigating the ways in which good design can actively empower individuals and communities with agency, voice, and choice. With a bachelor's degree in art, and a master’s degree in architecture, Vanessa's body of work traverses the overlapping disciplines of art, architecture and design. Since founding HHH Vanessa's work has grown in scale and complexity, and has led to a specialization in interactive and light-enhanced public artworks.
