Leticia Barajas is a Studio Director in Nike’s Global Brand Creative Organization. In her current role, she serves as the creative operations lead for the Global Brand Experience Studio. The studio owns the creation of journeys and creative concepts that bridge the intersection of brand storytelling, physical, and virtual experiences. Leticia is adept at building collaborative teams of makers, technologist, designers, fabricators and producers - and loves the unique opportunity each project offers to make people feel & create community.

Tanja Zoellner is an Associate Partner at Atelier Brueckner, a global leader in museum and brand exhibition design.

L’Rai Arthur-Mensah is a Project Director with Local Projects. Credits include The Legacy Museum in Montgomery, Alabama, The Fashion For Good Experience in Amsterdam, Netherlands and building an online 3D rendering of Kara Walker’s Sugar Baby with Creative Time.

Her goal is always to contribute to works that facilitate conversations and experiences that place Truth-telling and Reconciliation at the forefront. L'Rai holds a B.S.E in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Dayton is a Design Principal who has championed Design Justice advocacy throughout his career at SmithGroup. As a leader of the firm’s Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Committee, his charge is to lead design projects that address the systemic injustice that architecture and planning have perpetuated for historically disenfranchised communities of color.
