Ho-Am Museum of Art Placemaking

The Ho-Am Art Museum, located just 24 miles south of Seoul, is home to more than 100 national treasures. Founded in the spring of 1982 by Byung-Chul Lee, founder of Samsung Group, the exhibition is comprised from more than three decades of accumulation of traditional Korean artifacts in Lee’s private collection. To better showcase the artifacts, a ‘Hee-Won’ (a type of traditional Korean garden) was added to the museum and re-launched in 1997 as both a museum and a park.

The Sarang Community Church was established in 1978 with 800 members. The church quickly outgrew its facility in Gangnam and, as the area continued to develop rapidly, the church was left with few options for expansion to meet the spatial needs of the growing congregation. When an opportunity arose to purchase a large plot of land just a little over a mile west from the former site, the church raised the necessary funds to secure the land and began raising more funds for the construction of the new facility through the generous gifts of its members.

Entro began working with Dialog in 2007, when they were looking at expansion plans and master planning on the new terminal. As the project progressed, we identified areas that needed to be modified such as the renumbering of gates and the signage for the Compact Transit System. A key objective that Entro had was to create a truly seamless system for passengers, from the roads leading to the airport to their final boarding time.

Buffalo State College Donor Recognition Wall

Cannon Design was tasked with providing a custom interior donor wall for the Phase II addition to the Science and Mathematics Complex at Buffalo State College. The vision was to use the space to pay tribute to the generosity of the donors and benefactors who made the space possible and also to pay homage to the science and mathematics programs within the complex and, lastly, to recognize the important work the Great Lakes Center is providing in improving the Great Lakes ecosystem.

ARoS Public

ARoS Public is a radical rethinking of the museum experience as a modern community center. At the heart is the belief that art is not a diversion or weekend entertainment, but rather that it has a crucial job to do and is most valuable when interaction sparks new forms of social exchange.

Illuminated Arboreal Data Codes

The main focus for this installation was to give a visual language for this site that is joyful, accessible and acts as a visual identity that connects the educational iconography of communication technology. This arboreal theme can be utilized as a visual complement by developing an environment where the viewer can experience the installation as a contemplative space, iconic gateway and destination for the college.

Deloitte Canada

Deloitte Canada moved their headquarters into a new building, requiring an interior experiential graphics package and wayfinding for 16 floors. Together with the architect and Deloitte’s in-house design team, Entro worked to fulfill the client’s corporate commitment to supporting changing work styles and encouraging a sense of community among employees. The client wanted the environment to reflect their work as well as create a built environment intended to inspire, encourage, engage and cultivate growth, learning and collaboration.

Blossom Interactive

Blossom Interactive

Blossom Interactive is an interactive sculpture connected to social media to raise awareness for hunger issues in Philadelphia. Working with the University of Pennsylvania's non-profit community engagement program, the team installed the six-foot tall flower at Locust Walk and 37th St from September 14 to 28 during Hunger Action Month. Hunger is a community problem and requires a community-wide response. Thousands of people in cities such as Philadelphia deal with hunger each day, often suffering in silence.

Forage

Forage

Forage is date night crafted. Forage elevates the date night experience by using augmented reality to lead the users on a scavenger hunt for ingredients to a special meal in various neighborhoods of their city, leading to a final recipe reveal. The objective was to use augmented reality as a wayfinding solution and feature, to create a viable app prototype with broad market appeal. Forage is a romantic, interactive hunt for foodies. This application was designed for the user to maintain control over the experience.
