Michael Freimuth is the co-founder and creative director of Franklyn, a boutique creative and technology firm based in Brooklyn. A graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design, Michael is an award-winning creative director whose work has been recognized by myriad industry organizations including the AIGA, Art Directors Club, the Society of Publication Designers, Print and Communication Arts magazines.

Carlo Giannasca

Carlo Giannasca is a multi-award winning graphic and environmental designer who today is a partner at globally recognized Frost*collective where he is Head of Urbanite, one of Australia’s foremost authorities on brand in the built environment.

During his career spanning 30 years he has fostered highly respected creative partnerships with architects, interior-designers, builders and developers to deliver major branding, strategic signage and wayfinding schemes for the public and private sectors.

Patrick Blanchard

Patrick Blanchard is an environmental graphic design intern at HOK. He received a Bachelors of Fine Art, Graphic Design at the University of Kansas. He also serves as a Jayhawk Inc Clerk at the KU Memorial Unions. His previous work includes a position as a communications coordinator at The Center for Community Outreach, Student Assistant, orientation coordinator, and resident assistant at Kansas University.

Udo’s unique approach to design prob­lems, fostered by the mentor­ship of renowned German artist Anton Stankowski, combines artis­tic and poetic sensi­bil­i­ties to create power­ful designs, which elevate the every­day expe­ri­ence. Christina Lyons

Christina Lyons is a member of the 2021 SEGD Board and has served on the SEGD Board since 2016, representing education. She is Professor and Chairperson of Graduate Exhibition & Experience Design at the Fashion Institute of Technology/SUNY in New York.

Previously, Christina was the Director of the Graphics Department at Lee H. Skolnick Architecture + Design Partnership, working on projects such as the Muzeiko: Children’s Museum in Sofia, Bulgaria.
