SignAgent (Burlington, Ontario) recently announced that its mobile app is now available for download on iPad and iPhone in the Apple App Store. The new app significantly accelerates the process of gathering on-location information for large wayfinding and signage projects.
Wayfinding project designers and facility managers can now capture detailed project information and photos using their iPad or iPhone and that data—including GPS coordinates—is then synced with SignAgent’s existing cloud-based wayfinding project management software in real time, expediting processes dramatically. “Say goodbye to your clipboard and camera,” said SignAgent President and Founder, David Jorritsma. “With the SignAgent App, you can capture all of your signage data right on your phone or iPad. It will immediately be mapped to your existing floor plans within your SignAgent wayfinding projects and available to your project collaborators.”
The app can be used for site surveys and installations, eliminating the need to collect information and then enter it later. It represents a significant enhancement to SignAgent’s cloud-based software tool. Current SignAgent clients may download and begin using the app by entering their existing login credentials.
