Shawn Sanem is a Senior Design Specialist in Experience Design at HOK in Kansas City.
Shawn Sanem has extensive experience in branding, print, interactive and environmental graphic design for corporate, government, hospitality and higher education projects. He excels at translating the brand identity and core values of an institution into a unifying theme that translates across all aspects of the user experience. With a focus on design for the built environment, Shawn brings a firm grasp of the architectural design process, coordination with interior design staff and integration of experiential graphics into the broader building design strategy. In addition, he is known for his unique multimedia installations, displays and super graphics that celebrate key facets of a client’s brand.

Shawn Sanem earned his Bachelor of FIne Arts (BFA) in Painting from the Kansas City Art Institute and then his Associate degree in Graphic Design from the Johnson County Community College.
