Save the Date! The SEGD Conference comes to Portland in June of 2022!
Make your plans now to attend the 2022 SEGD Conference Experience in Portland, Oregon, a city with so much to explore in the world of design, arts and education.
Running June 16-18, this year's conference will focus on the importance of community placemaking. Sessions and tours will explore themes of sustainability, inclusive design practices and experience design excellence.
Of course, SEGD favorites such as Design Improv, the President’s Reception + Auction, and Young Designer Meetups and Mentor sessions are returning and “not to be missed”!
Celebrate the projects and people that exemplify excellence in the profession of experience design when we announce the 2022 SEGD Fellow and Achievement Award winners and the 2022 Global Design Award winners. Who will be named the next SEGD Fellow? What projects will be awarded the Sylvia Harris and Best of Show awards? You’ll have to attend the conference to find out!

Want to get involved? We are looking for volunteer mentors to support our SEGD Young Designers Series (YDS) at the annual conference. YDS provides a space for young designers to connect, be inspired, and have a voice within our global, multidisciplinary community. Support our young designers and reach out to the YDS committee today at [email protected] to be added to our database. Mentors must attend the conference in-person to participate.
