Join us for a fun craft activity to make a unique art piece for yourself or to give as a holiday gift! We will supply a kit of materials, and you can supplement with whatever found objects and craft supplies you have laying around - paint, washi tape, glitter glue, faux fur, anything!
- Registration extended through 11:30 pm on Sunday, November 1
- Free for current SEGD members and full-time design students*
- $5 for non-members
- Thursday, November 5
- 6:00 - 7:00 pm Zoom event (link will be sent to registrants prior to event)
After you sign up, one of the Raleigh co-chairs will deliver your material kit to your home or office. We will kick off the event Thursday at 6:00 with basic instructions and some inspiration photos. Zoom link will be sent to registrants, prior to the event. You will have until 6:00 pm on Sunday, November 8 to complete your craft. When you’ve finished, share a photo of your work with us to be entered to win some awesome prizes. Submissions will be deliberated and awarded by several guest SEGD co-chair judges from across the nation and possibly even a local, guest judge!
Due to the hand-delivery of the material kits, the event is limited to 15 participants within the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area. For those of you outside the area, be sure to follow @SEGDRaleighon Instagram to vote for your favorite!
*Contact your chapter chairs, Emma, Allison and Elizabethto confirm how to register as an SEGD member or student.
