Registration Cancellation Policy for Conferences

All cancellations must be received by SEGD in writing. Up to five weeks before the first day of the conference, the cancellation charge will be 50% of the total fees. After that date, there will be no refunds.

Cancellation Policy for All Other Events (Excluding Webinars)

All cancellations must be received by SEGD in writing. Up to seven calendar days prior to the first day of the event, you may cancel your participation; payments will be held by SEGD but may be applied to other purchases. There will be no cancellations accepted during the seven days before the first day of an event.
