Please join SEGD Boston at Iron Works May 18th at 5:30pm to check out this exciting new destination in South Boston and learn how National Development revitalized this former industrial site through placemaking. The first phase of the overall Iron Works project features 75,000 SF of repurposed manufacturing space that is now transformed into creative office spaces, restaurant space, retail space and a parklet.
National Development curated a multidisciplinary team to create a unique sense of place through brand building, repositioned architecture, a stellar curated tenant mix, bold environmental graphics and signage. Through this panel discussion, you will discover all the layers of real estate strategy and design thinking that came together for this remarkable transformation.
Moderator, Jesse Baerkahn, President and Founder of Graffito SP, will lead our panelists in sharing stories, tips and thoughts on placemaking at Iron Works and beyond. Space is limited! Register Here: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/segd-boston-iron-works-the-art-of-placemaki...
