He is also the gFab founded and led first-ever gay employee group at Gensler.
Scott Hasty was also the originator and chief planner of the Latin Gensler Winter Trip to Puerto Rica in the winter of 2015.
gStories: created and hosted a series of Gensler DC office stories through audio podcasts.
Scott Hasty created a re-branding manual for the western North Carolina town of Spruce Pine. The goal was to move it from a labor based economy to a service based one by leveraging existing assets to become a year-round Christmas town.
When not hard at work organizing Gensler's projects, Scott Hasty co-wrote the Thanksgiving Song “Tasty the Turkey” getting over 20k YouTube hits. Designed the title character, the video and marketing.
At Gensler Scott Hasty is responsible for Branding, Signage & Wayfinding. He was promoted to Associate by becoming a critical team player, consistently excellent designer, leader and office change agent. At Gensler his clients have included Fortune 500 companies, Washington’s
top law firms, the U.S. government, national non-profits, etc.
He enjoys managing small to intermediate sized Branding, Signage & Wayfinding and Product Design projects. Scott Hasty is a designer for the D.C. office as well as the Baltimore & Philadelphia offices
