Samantha Robinson is the Head of Brand and Customer Experience at Milligan in London.
Samantha Robinson is an award winning and experienced marketing professional with over 15 years’ experience working in the retail property arena. Responsible for the brand and image of each of Milligan’s projects, her main focus is to ensure that the centre’s brand proposition is clear and stays relevant to the target audience, to ensure long-term success.
Working closely with the rest of the team as well as managing external agencies, Samantha develops, articulates and promotes each scheme’s marketing strategy and brand positioning to ensure maximum awareness and appeal amongst the desired audience as well as focusing on maximizing sales.
Over the last few years, Samantha has been very focussed on innovating end to end customer experiences and harnessing the power of technology to enhance the physical retail shopper journey before, during and after each visit. She has a keen interest in creating customers as advocates to drive loyalty and ultimately spend.
Samantha was previously at Jones Lang LaSalle where she was responsible for marketing the European Retail Group and prior to that she was at new product development and branding specialists, Corporate Edge.
